Francis DiClemente is a video producer and freelance writer who lives in Syracuse, New York. He is the author of four poetry collections, Sidewalk Stories (Kelsay Books, 2017), In Pursuit of Infinity (Finishing Line Press, 2013), Vestiges (Alabaster Leaves Publishing, 2012) and Outskirts of Intimacy (Flutter Press, 2010).
His writing has also appeared in Narratively, The Millions, Artnet News, Prick of the Spindle, New Plains Review, Star 82 Review, Film International, Connotation Press, Arts & Opinion, Primer Magazine, Stone Canoe and in the books Chicken Soup for the Soul: Find Your Inner Strength (2014) and Six-Word Memoirs on Love and Heartbreak (Harper Perennial, 2009).
He received a bachelor’s degree in communications/journalism from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York, and earned a master of arts in film and video from American University in Washington, DC. He is employed at Syracuse University.
